A settlement has been approved in a wrongful death lawsuit after cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was fatally shot on the “Rust” movie set when a gun Alec Baldwin was holding fired on-set in October 2021.

Alec Baldwin will resume filming “Rust” in the spring in Montana at Yellowstone Filming Ranch. (Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Department)
